Yet again I am taking part in the Great North Run - this will be my 4th !

I am raising money for the 'enhance herts' charity, in particular the Forster Suite Chemotherapy unit at the Lister Hopsital.

As you know, they did a remarkable job when looking after my Father-in-law and he is a real example of the good work that they do for cancer patients and their families.
