This is a charity very close to my heart having a friend who is affected by this.  After the birth of her son last year, Nicola (at the age of 30) was diagnosed with a rare vascular cancer called EHE (Epithelioid Hemangioendothelioma).  Since then she along with family and friends have been fund raising to help others affected and raise awareness as there is little information and support available.

EHE is so rare that only 0.01% of the cancer population has it and it affects about 1 in every 1,000,000 worldwide.  It is unresponsive to any known Chemotherapy therefore making treatment very difficult.  EHE research receives no funding from other sources and relies solely on the patients and their families to raise funds. 

After a lot of hard work in July this year the EHE Rare Cancer Charity UK was set up.  Please help support the patients and their families as it is crucial that this charity raises money to fund vital research into treatments and cures of this cancer.
