My personal message:

I said at the finish line last year ... never again! Here I am a year on asking for money which will help those at Compton Hospice benefit most.

If you would be kind enough to sponsor me, even the smallest amount I would be most grateful.

I will be sporting the very same running vest as last year. I am sure it will bring back memories as water and lucozade sport will be spilt down it as I attempt to get fluids to my mouth, especially when I hit the wall somewhere after mile 22!
