After completing my first competitive half marathon in June 2009, in Torbay, and raising money for Help for Heroes, I have decided to do it again.

This time my chosen charity is Exeter Leukaemia Fund, a very worthwhile cause and one that is close to my heart, ELF looked after my dad in the months leading up to his death from a form Leukaemia two years ago, so this is my chance to give something back to them for the support and help they gave to my family in those difficult times.

Please find it in your heart to donate some money for my efforts in this, my second, half marathon.

The event takes place on October 18th 2009 and starts and finishes at Newton Abbot Racecourse.
