I would like to thank Sheona, Charlotte, Daniel & Jessica for their patience with me during the long weeks of training, my running partner James, and give a special thanks to Steve for pursuading me (a former committed couch potato) to run with him that first time, round Arthur's Seat four years ago and for all his support and encouragement since. I have had tremendous enjoyment from my running and am now (hopefully) ready for its greatest challenge - the marathon.
