The Monster Bike and Hike evenbt I am taking part in takes place on the 3rd May between Fort Williem and Inverness, 75 miles in total all without stopping. We hope to do this between 20 and 24 hours, depending on the typical scottish bank holiday weather! I promise if I get a picture of Nessie you can all share in the royalties for the picture!!!

Maggies is a privately funded Cancer Charity that relies totally on support directly from the public, I suggest you visit the website  www.maggiescentres.org for more info on the charity however in brief they provide support at a number of centers for cancer suffers and their families which include, support conselling,  advice on financial issues and a whole host of other issues
