Millport Sponsored Cycle 2012 · 24 March 2012

The Williams Syndrome Foundation was formed in 1980 and is run by parents for parents of children with this rare condition which causes heart and kidney problems and learning difficulties. It desperately needs funds to finance its ambitious research and family support programmes which include national conventions and regional meetings.

Story

Last year 89 women cycled or walked around the Isle of Cumbrae in aid of Williams Syndrome,it was a fantastic day ,We left law village by bus at 9am (where we received complimentary Champagne and Hot Rolls),got Ferry from Largs to The Isle of Cumbrae ,Bus to Millport,Cycled around the isle, then had a great day in The Newton Bar with Karaoke and games .Last ferry home 8.30pm.
We raised an astonishing £22000 !
Due to popular demand ,its on again 24 March 2012.

Many thanks to everyone who supported us last year ! And please think about donating again, even if you can only spare a quid - every penny matters
