Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. You've probably seeen the email, but in case you didn't, I've signed up to do the St Albans Triathlon, the London Triathlon and the Windsor Triathlon.
I've never run a Triathlon before, have never swum in a lake or river, haven't swum more than a few lengths of a pool since I was a teenager, haven't ridden my bike in 3 years and only ever run for a bus.
Why am I doing this I hear you cry? Two reasons really:
1) It's a great cause, cancer has touched my family on a number of occasions and Grove House is an amazing charity.
2) Because I'm ridiculously unfit, and finally I have real motivation to change that!
