What am I doing?

On 23rd Feb I'm setting off from Paris on my bike and arriving at Twickenham, London 4 days later. Total 398 km.

Why?

Good question. For a good cause I guess!

In aid of who?

It is called the Dallaglio Cycle Slam.  Any money I raise will go to the Dallalglio Foundation which supports a number of charities the principal of which are Cancer Research UK and Help for Heroes.
