The ride that I will be doing is from Mount Hemon right in the north of Israel all the way down to Eilat on the southern border! I will be covering over 570 km / 350 miles over 5 days of cycling.

I will be doing this long ride all in aid of Norwood. The charity provides vital support to thousands of people with learning disabilities, and children and families in need.
