In January I will run everyday to help raise awareness for mental health.
With modern day life challenges we all need to take time to focus on our own wellbeing. It’s not always easy or convenient but it’s as important as eating and sleeping to stay well.
I hope my running everyday determination will inspire others to do the thing that keeps them mentally well. We get busy and don’t prioritize time out, but that’s the time when it’s even more important than ever!
