JO AND EMILY RAN THE LONDON MARATHON!

This year, we thought we'd break well and truly out of our comfort zones and draw on every last drop of Haygarth energy to take on the challenge of the London Marathon!

It was something neither of us had done before and we pushed ourselves to the limit both mentally and physically. 

To spur us on, we have been raising money for a small charity called www.AbleChildAfrica.org.uk - they do some fantastic work championing the rights of disabled children.

So please dig deep and give what you can. We've done the hard bit .... and lived to tell the tale ; )
