Myself & three others (Brendan, Kevin & Lewis) are attempting to walk all 95 miles of the West Highland Way in four days.  This should be fairly grim as we'll either be surrounded by thick black clouds of midgies or just thick black clouds & that's not to mention blisters & other aches & pains.....
