My story

I am the President of Women of the Year. At 57 one month off being 58  I will be running my first marathon in New York along with the Chairman Gill Carrick. Pray for me.

Between us we are looking to raise £100,000 for the Women of the Year Foundation. The charity gives small, but life changing, grants to women who are in need of this kind of financial help. The grants have been used to help house homeless children, grow food, buy computers, start businesses, help aids victims and much more. So please give so we can continue to help.

As I make my first step on the 2nd of November, the thought of the money Gill and I will raise to help others will spur me on to break that finish line ribbon with a big smile on my face.
