Hi, we (Isabel and Jo) have rashly signed up to cycle from London to Paris in mid- July. It's all for a good cause (Médecins du Monde) and we'd be very grateful if you would sponsor us- we have a target of £2200 (£1200 by 20 May).

The ride is about 300km in total (over 3 days) and having done a training ride of 50km this weekend it certainly isn't going to be an easy feat, but if you are kind enough to sponsor us we solemnly swear:

1. To complete the whole 300km, and

2. Never to ask for sponsorship ever again!
