I won the outlaw ironman on 8th August!

Arthritis is a fact of modern life, We are all going to get it, probably some of us already have some joints affected,

I want to raise sponsorship money for the uk based arthritis research council to try and help find causes and effective treatments for arthritis.

Please help, by sponsoring me in my first and last ironman race in nottingham this August which i am aiming to complete in under 11 hours.
