After 10 years of persuading others to jump, run, ride, and walk for CAFOD I  decided to confront my worst fear and abseil 120 ft  down the Harlow Water Tower! 

I must have been mad as it was by far the scariest thing I have ever done! Thank you to everyone who supported me, as you can see I have raised over £1600 which will amount to nearly £2,000 including gift aid.
