I'm doing it for the boys!  Fundraising for The Prostate Cancer Charity . . . .

In the words of Mr Dizzee Rascal "some people think I'm bonkers" and at the moment I would probably agree!!  I have just trekked some of The Great Wall of China for The Prostate Cancer Charity - been over lord knows how many mountains, numerous cliff's and yup yup 1000's of steps - but it was so worth it . . . sooo . . . . I'm off again.

I now have my sights set on Kilimajaro - kind of figured whilst my Grandad is battling Prostate Cancer I can battle a few of earths little elements!!  I'm aiming to now raise £5000 for the boys - so please spare what you can.

I have soooo many precious men in my life and once again PROSTATE CANCER IS THE MOST COMMON CANCER DIAGNOSED IN MEN IN THE UK.

CHINA . . . .

Those of you who know me well - may just fall over when you read what I have committed to do - oh yes - trek and camp 9 days on The Great Wall of China.  I'm happy to say thanks to some crazy special people I am in full training and will soon be doing my 18k's regularly!! 

I've decided to 'do it for the boys' for a few reasons, to raise awareness (did you know that Prostate Cancer is the most common cancer diagnosed in men in the UK), caus without boys my life would be very very different . . . certainly my Saturday afternoons would be quieter, and, my little grandad has been battling prostate cancer and its reoccurrences for the past 6 years, like the true trooper he is . . . he is fighting it all the way thanks to medical developments.
