I am undertaking the biggest challenge of my life and attempting to run the 26.2 miles that are the London Marathon on 22nd April 2012.  I am running alongside Heather Wood and Jackie Fletcher and we are doing in memory of Heather's husband Charlie Wood who was tragically killed whilst by an IED in Afghanistan on 28th December 2010.  This tragedy has inspired me to do as much as I can to help the ABF Soldiers Charity who provide an amazing amount of support to soliders and their families in their time of need. 

As my husband is due to depart for his 3rd tour of duty in Afghanistan in March I would like to dedicate this run to not only Charlie but all serving soldiers.

The funds that we raise will go towards helping the families of the past, present and future fallen heroes.
