Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit my Just Giving page for The RSPCA.

On the 20th May 2012 I will be running the Bupa ‘Manchester 10km Run’

I couldn’t run at all at Christmas so it’s going to be a big achievement for me too, after Training on my own in the freezing cold & dark nights, since Christmas …

Being the big animal lover that I am, I hate seeing helpless animals in distress and that is why I have chosen the RSPCA as my charity. There are thousands of animals around the UK that need our help.

The money you give today goes straight to the RSPCA to help them in the fight against animal cruelty and neglect. This will help rescue, treat and rehome thousands of animals in care to give them a better life.

People, who know me, know I have always loved animals and couldn’t bear anything happening to them ?

Ours are treated like royalty.

I have Brandy & Bracken, our 2 Black Labradors,

Henry the Rabbit and Tom the Horse.

So please...... however much you can afford to give to help these poor Animals with no Mummy’s or Daddy’s

Thanks very much and wish me luck! J

About the charity

The RSPCA Lancs East branch works to promote kindness and prevent cruelty to animals in the branch area, including Accrington, Blackburn, Burnley, Clitheroe, Nelson, Colne & Darwen. From it's Animal Centre in Altham it rehomes animals to caring new owners. We do not put healthy animals to sleep.
