Everyday I see evidence of the great work of my colleagues in the Headway Essex Community Support Team and at our Headway Centre in Colchester; supporting survivors of brain injury and their families and helping them piece their lives back together. So this is my bit for them and especially all the wonderful, inspiring and brave people that they support.

I have just 9 days to get myself fit for a 5k run - trust me for someone who has not been to the gym for years - this will be challenge! Please help me to meet my fundraising target.
