The work undertaken by this amazing human rights organisation, centres on the individual and their presenting physical, legal, social and emotional needs.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>This holistic approach places the individual and their wellbeing at the centre of service development and delivery: A truly client centred approach. </span></span></p>

Not a completely new notion for me, but one that I have not participated in for quite some time. I am about to turn my sedate lifestyle upside down and have taken that first, huge step of registering for the Bupa Great Birmingham Run (THAT'S A HALF MARATHON!) I aim to raise £1000, a considerable sum, for which I will need your help as a sponsor, motivator, or both, for the time span of this challenge. </span></span></p>
