Hello Everyone,

OK, don't laugh!!!  I know, it was a long time ago! 

As you all know, I have always loved swimming, so I have come out of retirement to raise money for St Peter and St James Hospice which holds very special significance for me.  On 12th of September this year I will be taking part in The Great North Swim in Lake Windermere. Please give whatever you feel you can.
