Story

Hi

An update for all the generous people who sponsored me.

I DID IT!!!!! I eventually managed to do my Skydive for SoundSeekers on Sunday 16th August..It was awesome and I just want to say a HUGE THANKYOU to everyone who sponsored me, hopefully your money will go a long way to helping lots of children hear better!!

Thank you once again

Jo Aubrey

Thanks for visiting my fund raising page. I am astounded by the support I have had so far! I thank you all so much! I am Jo Aubrey, I am a Hearing Aid Audiologist , I am also a Director of Affordable Hearing Care in the UK and I have decided to do this as in the UK children who have hearing problems are quite well cared for..BUT NOT elsewhere!! This hinders them from learning their basic educational needs and being able to communicate in their own community..just one click will make all the difference for them!

I am doing a parachute jump for Sound Seekers on June 27th (weather depending). The jump is approx 14,000 feet and I am not doing this for fun it is for hard of hearing and deaf children in Africa...they need to raise £45,000 for a HARK mobile assessment unit to help these kids....I know times are hard but no matter how small you will help me make a difference! Please see details about Sound Seekers below and feel free to sponser me, I am hoping to raise £2000 or over. The support I have had so far is amazing and I thank everyone so much..to beat my target would be such an amazing thing! Not just for me but  most importantly for the children in Africa

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Commonwealth Society For The Deaf gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!
