Hi all,

Well it's come to that time of the year again when i email you all and ask you to find it in your heart to dig deep and help me raise money for a worthy cause! This year i decided to run the 10k for Marie Curie! Yes! I am putting myself through that again is your answer to the question! Why? Because its fun! And i enjoy the atmosphere! This is my 3rd 10k as those who have sponsored me before will know. I know i beg you each year but i guarantee the money goes to a worthwhile cause as always! Thanks to those who have previously sponsored me in the past,the charities really appreciate it and so do I. Thank you for your support and generosity!
