About my charity : Hospice Of St Francis (Berkhamsted) Hospice Of St Francis (Berkhamsted)
The Hospice aims to bring peace, comfort and dignity to patients and families facing the crisis of serious illness. We offer assessment and skilled clinical care, respite breaks, home support, day care and bereavement support. Care is free of charge and a flexible and individual approach is made.

Hello everyone yes u have read right ! my mother has persuaded me to do this 13 mile walk at night  i know i must be mad however its for a fantastic cause and these wonderful people looked after my grandad and probably at least one person u know of so please give generously x x x
