Pounding a treadmill for the past 3 months in Bangalore to compete in the Boston Marathon has been a challenge....
But not as much of a challenge as millions of the most disadvantaged people in India face daily. Please dig deep for the Karuna Trust who run many projects to help the poorest of the poor escape to a better life. Much of their work is in Mumbai, home to the largest slums in Asia.
All contributions, however small, are helpful and if you are a UK taxpayer an extra 28% will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
