I have set myself a challenge this year!  To complete the Great Ireland, Great Manchester and Great North Run this year, under 4 hours (altogether)

Great Ireland - 5th April 2009 - 10k

Great Manchester - 17th May 2009 - 10k

Great North Run - 20th September 2009 - 13.1 miles 

I am raising money for The Rugby League Benevolent Fund, who's aims are to support players whose lives are affected by serious injuries sustained while playing the game
