Hi,

On the 26th of July 2008 I'm doing a 100 mile bike ride along the South Downs Way to raise money for The British Heart Foundation.

I'll be doing this with my dad Dale and one of my best mates Jack Waring.

I'm looking to raise around £250 so any donations will be greatly appreciated, big or small :)
