hello there my name is Joe Frederick and this summer I am doing a sponsored bike ride on from Kent to Holland. We will cover a distance over 300 miles with 4 days of cycling, We will hopefully attempting on a Tandem bicycle which I am thoroughly looking forward to. The most I have ever cycled before is 10 miles in one session, so this will definately be pushing my fitness, determination and stamina levels. This will definately be physically harder than anything ive ever done before.

Any donations will be incredibly appreciated and i would love to answer any questions that you have. All money donated is going towards a mission trip with the charity 'latin link' that I will be going on this summer.

I will be attempting this challenge with Jimmy Hill who is raising money for a different charity called the nexus trust.
