I am attempting to break the British Isle lamb shearing record on the 4th of August 2012, at Walter House Farm, Woodchurch, Ashford, Kent. The current Record is 521 lambs shorn in a 9 hour day. I have been training and preparing for this event for over 6 months, for the most part in New Zealand where i have sort expert advice in how to achieve the biggest possible tally on the day. Training has been grueling, as the day itself is the equivalent of running two marathons, back to back. Thank you very much for your kind donations, they are all very much appreciated.
