<p><span style="font-family: Verdana; color: #ff0000;">Hi, Joel here again!!!!! , </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;">Amazingly I am 3 years old now, but when I was just one </span><span style="font-family: Verdana;">day old I was diagnosed with a Congenital Heart Defect, called 'Critical Aortic Stenosis'. My mummy and daddy were utterly heartbroken to be told I would die within a few days. Miraculously, the wonderful team on ward 10 at LGI saved my life. Following that, my heart played many tricks on me & I have been very up & down, nearly dying three times in all. You can see how well I am doing at the moment, but I will have to have at least three lots of Open Heart Surgery to patch me up & keep me going. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Verdana; color: #000000;">Mummy, Daddy, & my big brother Lucas are over the moon that I'm still here fighting - so they are going to give as much as they can to help other children with heart problems. Our amazing friends & family have helped us raise just over £3500.00 so far. Our fabulous 'curry night' raised over £3000.00 & my special friend Sonia ran the Great North Run & raised over £500.00, then crazy Jodie jumped out of a plane and raised even more money on her own justgiving site too!!!! Following that, my mummy surprised us all by running (& finishing!) the Jane Tomlinson 10k Run4All In Leeds!!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Verdana; color: #000000;">The more money we raise the better care me and & my new cardiac friends will get - babies and children just like me. </span></p>
