Challenge finished!!

I have now successfully (although painfully) completed:

Himalayan 100 Mile Stage Race in October 2009 – day 1 alone had 10,000 ft of altitude gain and lots of pain 

Marathon de Sables in April 2010 – 250kms in the desert over 7 days with daily temperatures in excess of 45 degrees centigrade, self sufficient (carrying all food and equipment in a 11kg backpack).

Laugavegur Ultra Marathon in July 2010 - Iceland, tha land of fire and ice!

Jungle Marathon in October 2010 – 220kms in the Amazon Jungle in 6 days, self sufficient.

Thanks to all your generosity and helping me reach my target of raising £10,000 for Mancap. The money will be a great help.

I'm now taking some time off whilst I think of the next challenge.
