My mother lost a brave, two-year battle against breast cancer just before Christmas 2006.

In her memory, I and some of my "riding buddies" will be undertaking a 1,000-mile, non-motorway motorcycle journey from John o' Groats to Land's End during the 5th-7th of August 2007, to coincide with what would have been her 63rd birthday, raising funds for Cancer Research UK.
