I  am a musician and I play the violin. I am a member of the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic and the Mahler Chamber Orchestra. 

I believe that Music in Hospitals is a cause worthy of support. They do a great job bringing live music to people who, because of illness, are not able to attend concerts.

I run because I have diabetes mellitus type 1 and regular exercise really helps me to regulate my blood sugar levels.
