I've taken part in the Palace to Palace charity ride twice before, completing the 45 miles from the Mall in front of Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle.  This year marks the Prince's Trust's 40th anniversary so i wanted to challenge myself by riding the longer version - 90 miles. 

Training has been mostly limited to the 10 mile round trip to the office, so it should be interesting to see how it goes.  I'm sure the friendly atmosphere with several thousand other cyclists will help spur me to the line.
