Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I will be taking part in the coast to coast run/walk/bike event and plan to be there at least for the last day a 26.3 mile run (last of 5 similar days !! already completed by the team).The final day will go down through Newcastle and finish on tynemouth sands beach  visitng the Freemans hospital of which the funds raised will go to the CHUF childrens heart unit fund.

The pictures are of litlle Sebastian who had life giving open heart surgery at the hospital with more planned for him when he is a little older.We are running for him and all the other little children who will have surgery at this fantastic heart unit.His father is taking part and spearheading the event along with his friend Ben shepherd (GMTV) and many others including myself joining in at various points in the event.

 

I ask you all to dig deep and be part of my team doing our bit for  the event by sponsoring me and encouraging me to complete my first marathon distance event ...
