Story

I am riding as part of a company team, to raise as much money as possible for Macmillan.

For those of you not familiar with what Macmillan provide, Here is my personal view!
Macmilllian provide amongst other things free support for individuals who have been diagnosed with cancer, this can be in the form of advice or as in the case of my mother Jeanne, who was unfortunate to have contracted Bowl cancer.  Macmillian provided help with the needs of nursing cover at home and care in the later stages of the disease, where specialist help is so desperately needed.
This helps the wider family's deal with this devastating issue of care of some one you love, when as is so often the case can be a very drawn out long process of treatment and remission, which is very hard to balance with the needs to go to work and being there for your own young family, but still wanting the best for that person.
The work that Macmillan do is both compassionate and professionally provided, but very expensive. Macmillan provide hospice care units as well, for those who require assistance, who cannot be provided at home.
Please give as much as you can afford to this worthy cause!
I will do my bit! if you do yours

Kind regards John Peckham and thank you for your support.
