The Middle East Children's Alliance (MECA) has been around for 25 years, sending humanitarian aid to the middle east and educating people about the realities for children growing up in conflict zones. 

They work across the region; we're focusing on Gaza where 2,216 people died in the 2014 war - 547 of them were children.  100,000 people are still homeless, and much of the infrastructure of schools, power, sewage and drinking water has been deliberately destroyed. The blockade continues and children suffer the most. 

Your help will provide food, medicine and clothing for those children left homeless and who lost home, family and possessions last year.   

This is a great chance to do something positive to help children in Gaza, and it would be great if you could donate and even better join us 11am on the Meadows 1 August when we leave, thanks!
