Phil and I have raised just short of our target with this website and paper pledges and cash received. Please dig deep and help us reach are target, shows our friends and colleagues they are thought about, cared about and missed. Rosemere Cancer Foundation are supporting them, let's do the same by raising awareness of the Foundation.

We are both keen amateur cyclists and think this is a good way to raise awareness of and money for Rosemere Cancer Foundation. This is close to our hearts because we have three friends and colleagues who are currently being supported by this worthwhile charity.

We are both Prison staff raising money for your Prison colleagues. HM Prison Service Staff are known for their camaraderie when the going gets tough, so come on and support your colleagues who are going through the toughest of times.

We are cycling in an organised event hosted by www.ride24hr.com/newcastle-to-london-24 It is a 300 mile ride to be completed in 24hrs from 22nd to 23rd August 2015
