We are a Colchester based charity which provides specialist palliative and end of life care to local people facing incurable illness in north east Essex, supporting them, their families, friends and carers.

Story

After my completion of the 22nd Marathon Des Sable in the Sahara Desert,  I managed to raise the massive sum of £8,348.42 and I have also caught the fitness bug! My next challenge will be Challenge ROTH, an Ironman distance triathlon held in Roth, Germany on the 13th July 2008. This is a 3K open water swim, 112 cycle ride and then a marathon.I have loads of training to do as I swim like a brick.  I am again going to raise money for the hospice. They do a wonderful job  in caring for people with Cancer and other illnesses and don't get nowhere near enough funding from the government so they need to get they money from somewhere.

I am part of a team that race triathlons to help people with Cancer and to find a cure. The team is called www.oxygenaddict.co.uk please visit the website to see if you can help.

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: St Helena Hospice will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Many thanks for your support.
