Between the 12th and 15th of September I cycled from London to Paris in an organised event to raise money for my chosen charity, Practical Action.

Those who know me will know that I have lived a life of corporate lunching for far too many years now. This is where it stops and I rekindle long forgotten skills (cycling, walking....drinking water....) in aid of both my own health and a worthwhile cause.

The ride was 4 days of gruelling grind but I have to say the most fantastic experience.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Practical Action will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
