The Neurofibromatosis Association (NfA) is the only UK charity dedicated to the provision of support, advice and help to those affected by neurofibromatosis, their families and the professionals concerned with their care. This is provided through a network of support co-ordinators across the country and through research into the disorder.

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online.

This will be my third and probably last London Marathon, and I'm hoping to raise £3,000 for my efforts. As usual, I'm running to help raise funds for the Neurofibromatosis Association, which helps support many of the 25,000 people who suffer from this genetic disorder in the UK.

NF can cause tumours on nerve tissue anywhere in the body, as well as a variety of problems affecting the eyes, hearing, spinal cord and brain, and affects roughly 1 in every 2,500 people worldwide.

My eldest son Henry was diagnosed with the condition when he was just 6 months old, and whilst there is no cure for the condition yet, I very much wanted to do my part in raising as much money as possible to help fight this disorder.

Anything you can give , no matter how small, would be very much appreciated!
