The challenge: To ski up over 23,000 feet to the top of Mt Blanc and over the Haute Route to Zermatt using touring skis and "seal-skins", crampons and ice axes! It will take up to 7 days of gruelling up and downhill skiing to reach first Zermatt and then the top of Mont Blanc and back down to the town ofChamonix in the Alps.

The cause: Caudwell Children raise funds to provide life changing donations to sick and disabled children. Founded by John Caudwell in 2000, the Charity has donated over £10 million to children living in theUK.
