The challenge: To ski up over 23,000 feet to the top of Mt Blanc and over the Haute Route to Zermatt using touring skis and "seal-skins", crampons and ice axes!  It will take up to 7 days of gruelling up and downhill skiing to reach first Zermatt and then the top of Mont Blanc and back down to the town ofChamonix in the Alps.

The challenge team: The cause: Caudwell Children raise funds to provide life changing donations to sick and disabled children. Founded by John Caudwell in 2000, the Charity has donated over £10 million to children living in theUK.  By providing specialist equipment, medical treatments and therapy they provide children and their families, with a better life and a brighter, happier future.
