Here's a run down (no pun intended) of my last training run: 5 miles: Nothing to this, it really is so easy... 10 miles: The steak knives have introduced themselves to my kneecaps for the first time today 15 miles: Inanimate objects are starting to talk to me. I overhear an elderly couple doubting whether or not it is normal to limp like that. 20 miles and finish: I answer the aformentioned couple's question - it is not normal and am rocking from side to side like a malcoordinated Keith Richards. So there you have it, 20 miles is quite enough, thank you very much- i should not be considering doing 26.2 miles, but 26.2 miles i will be running on May 14th around Lake Windermere.
