I have now completed my sponsored coast to coast bike ride over two days on 15th and 16th May.  Having ridden most parts of this route several times, I can say without fear of contradiction that the appalling weather made this one of the most challenging coast to coast rides I have ever done.

My aim was to raise money for Bradford Disability Sport and Leisure.  This year the charity has set up a new club for disabled cyclists in Lister Park.  All the work the charity does is really worthwhile, but I’m particularly keen to see the cycling project succeed.
