<p>In June this year myself and a group of 11 work mates with the combined age of over 550 years old intend to climb Ben Nevis, Scaffell Pike and Snowden over a weekend. Our challenge aims to raise money for the Minstead Training Project. Where we support our students with learning difficulties to reach and maintain&nbsp;their full potential in life. I am in my 11th year at the Project since leaving the Army and consider myself one of the lucky ones to have found a job that is so challenging and fulfilling.
