Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am raising money for CHAS, the Children's Hospice Association in Scotland. CHAS gave our friends Elspeth, Mhairi, Ann and Arthur really important time together as a family last year in Rachel House - a beautiful, thoughtful and caring setting. We were privileged to visit them all there and I find it hard to describe how incredible the building, staff and volunteers were at such an impossibly difficult time .  

Elspeth is extraordinarily missed, but she leaves us with extraordinary memories, including many from the all too short a time we spent with her at  Rachel House. It is really important that such places exist.

Along with Arthur and our friend Peter I am riding the Artemis 100 Gold Challenge Bike Ride on September 12th - 82 miles around Highland Perthshire including some big off road sections between Rannoch and Glen Lyon and right round the head of Loch Lyon - see http://www.artemishighland100.com/  for more details.
