We're dedicated to beating blood cancer. We fund research and support those affected. Since 1960, we've invested over £500 million in blood cancer research, transforming treatments and saving lives. The day we beat blood cancer is now in sight and our researchers are determined to finish the job.

Story

After two weeks sunning oursleves in Ibiza, Julie and I decided that the best way to get back in the saddle (nice pun) of exercise is to cycle all the way from Glasgow to Edinbugh. I had plans of bombing down the M8 hard-shoulder, but it seems there's an organised event (Pedal for Scotland) which happens to coincide with our plans.

The main charity for Pedal for Scotland is Leukaemia Research, and as such, that's who the money from this sponsor form goes to. I'm figuring it'll take about five hours to ride, and let's just hope there's no rain on Sunday!

Dig deep if you feel like it - or come along with some vaseline and a soft cushion for when it's all over. Look at that chap in the photo - he looks as though he needs the comfort of a nice soft cushion.

Seriously though, think of the people your £1 or £5, or £100 (cough) might help if you sponsor Julie and me to do this idiotic ride on Sunday.
